RECLAIMS is a statement about redefining the value of what was once discarded. The design does not begin with beauty, but with imperfect pieces of leather and overlooked materials—elements once considered excess—preserved not to be hidden, but to exist again in a new form. Fragments of discarded shells, once abandoned after extraction, are reworked into luminous inlays, transforming what was left behind into surfaces that catch and reflect light. Inspired by the modern female warrior, RECLAIMS embodies a strength that does not come from perfection, but from the ability to stand resilient after rejection. “Rebirth” here is not about transforming materials into something entirely different, but about a shift in perception—from seeing “waste” to recognizing “unacknowledged value.” RECLAIMS is therefore not just a design, but a perspective—where what was once discarded is not something to be saved, but something worthy of being repositioned and recognized.
