Africa Competition now closed
Congratulations to this year’s Most Commendable Designer, Farida Eid, for her work Zahw. Judges praised it as “wearable history” – a celebration of heritage and a vision for the future of ethical fashion.
The competition received hundreds of submissions from across the continent, spanning apparel, footwear and accessories. Following a rigorous review, the judging panel has shortlisted 15 designers — five from each category.
