We are delighted to announce the winner of the fourth year of the China Mainland Real Leather. Stay Different. Student Design Competition 2024.

Congratulations to this years Overall Winner Zhu Xinxin, for her work ‘Conjecture about Shadows’, selected from hundreds of incredible submissions by this years panel of judges,  GUO FeiFei, Li Shanglun and Lin Xu.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applications are open to students currently studying at a higher education institution in China or who have graduated in the past year. Open to all disciplines.

Applicants must be 18 years old or older.

Entries to be submitted in Mandarin, with a small English description required.

No application fee.

HOW TO APPLY

Create a profile and upload your entry now via the new competition platform, you can find a ‘how-to’ guide here.

Please note: All entries will automatically be entered into the Real Leather. Stay Different International Student Design Competition, which will require you to provide an English description for your entry, and entrants will receive an invitation to set up a profile on Arts Thread.

 

JUDGING PROCESS

The Competition will be judged by a panel comprised of representatives chosen by Real Leather. Stay Different. The Panel will select the category winners and Overall Winner. There will also be a People’s Choice award, selected by public vote, that closes July 8, 2024. All shortlisted finalists will be notified via email by July 31, 2024, winners will be selected at the Awards ceremony on September 3, 2024.
